Hunt’s spring in to cider season

Hunt’s spring in to cider season

Wednesday 22nd March Hunt’s Cider opened up their gates and invited various local pubs, restaurants and shops onto the farm just outside of Stoke Gabriel to celebrate Hunt’s Cider’s re-branding.

The new branding is contemporary and up-to-date, which is a greater reflection of brother and sister, Richard and Annette Hunt who now run the business. With a history of cider making now spanning eight generations they wanted to stay true to their roots and West Country heritage so based the names around old Devon dialect. Some of the products include; Clinker, Wobbler, Barn Screecher and Andsome Bay.

Annette Hunt, Sales Director says “the turnout was fantastic and it was great to get so much positive feedback on our re-brand. The behind the scenes tour of the cider farm was a big hit and we have decided to run them every Wednesday during the summer months.”

The re branded cider has been made possible thanks to new equipment bought via funding from the South Devon Coastal Local Action Group 2015-2020. Hunt’s Cider is gluten free and vegan friendly and is available to purchase in many pubs, restaurants and all good shops.
