01 May Celebrations are in order for Hunt’s Cider
From the golden apple to the gold award! The Hunt family have been handcrafting cider in the South Devon area for over 200 years. Earlier this year they underwent a complete makeover and launched a range of new ciders, which have now gained gold awards from Taste of the West.
Hunt’s Cider are 1 of 10 West Country cider makers to gain a gold award for their Devon Cider. They received the awards for their Andsome Bay and Thrasher.
Andsome Bay is a 4.8%, medium sweet sparkling Cider. It is made using Bittersweet cider apples, to give a tannic, well balanced finish. It is available to purchase in 500ml bottles and a 50 litre Kegs.
Thrasher is a 6.2%, sparkling, clear dry Cider. It is packed full of tannins, meaning this dry cider will leave you thirsty for more! It is available to purchase in 500ml bottles
Hunt’s Cider is gluten free and vegan friendly and is available to purchase in many pubs, restaurants and all good shops
